Inner cooling surface option. (Superior temperature control.)
Superior tank hygiene. (Tartrates resist "bonding" to surface. Several winemakers clean tanks by "thumping" sides.)
Racking/drain fitting options: Tri-Clover or threaded. (3" drain available.)
Note: Sloped floor will reduce capacity by approximately 55 gallons. Capacity is nominal and will vary for each tank.
